Desktop PC Service and SSD

Customer complained of slow machine and that the mouse pointer kept stopping on the screen for a second or two and then releasing. They also stated that the machine would make a loud whirring sound after being switched on for a few minutes.

The machine required a new hard drive (in this occasion a solid state drive) and a full physical service.

All data was securely transferred over to the new hard drive once the latest version of windows 10 professional was installed.
