Dale was friendly and helpful throughout. He is very knowledgeable and gave me three options to consider regarding my computer upgrade. He didn't push any of the options but gave helpful information from which to make a decision. Me speedily fulfilled my choice (a new computer) and transferred all the data from my old computer! He is very approachable and I feel comfortable in asking him any post sale questions.

Excellent service from start to finish. I got in contact with Dale via the web form on his website. He got back to me in about 30 minutes. I wasn't quite sure what the issue was with my computer, all I knew was it was hardware. Dale diagnosed it extremely quickly and consulted me on how I wanted to proceed. He offered options and I picked which I wanted. Parts were ordered and fitted within 1 day. I highly recommend Dale for any computer issues.

Incredible service. I got a very quick response and he was able to take my laptop in that same day to look at. IT Reliance Computers fixed my computer, which needed a new hard drive, at a rapid speed (less than 24 hours) which was amazing and at a very good price. Not only this, I received my laptop back with it being cleaned and he had magically been able to save all of my documents and pictures. Very much recommend this company!

Having used a well-known brand of PC 'clean up' product, as it was running very slow, I was very alarmed to find that I couldn't log on to my profile the next time I powered up my laptop. It had destroyed my profile.! Found IT Reliance on Google and contacted Dale at 7 am. By 9.30 am my Laptop was back and running like it was straight of the box! A full 'Spring Clean' in and out.
As I use the Laptop for my business it was crucial that I had a quick turnaround and Dale did just that.

When my mac crashed recently, a friend recommended IT Reliance, and after a brief telephone call, I dropped the computer off with Dale.
The problem was quickly diagnosed, and within 24 hours, it was back home, and up and running.

My desk-top computer was seriously compromised by malware thanks to very convincing telephone call, allegedly from BT, stating that my computer was seriously affected by viruses and my internet service would be shut down within the hour. They offered to help me rid my computer of these viruses but in the process installed their own malware which gave them access to almost everything on my computer.
Contacted Dale who responded very quickly and spent a hour cleaning my computer. Very efficient service, and highly recommended.

I rang Dale as my laptop crashed and I use this for work so I needed it fixed quickly. He arranged to collect the same day and have a look at it. Within a few hours I had a prognosis of what was wrong and a plan in place to fix. All this was done in a really quick time frame. My laptop is better now than when I first bought it!! Value for money was excellent and cannot recommend Dale highly enough.

This guy is by far the best computer technician I’ve come across in Retford or anywhere for that fact. I dropped my computer off as I had an error fault. Needed a big clear out on my I pad to free up space. Dale dealt with this very quickly and explained what he was doing and why. Also took my husband's notebook as it was really slow. This was sorted out and he upgraded the memory, as well as putting in a free virus checker. Can't recommend Dale highly enough. I would not hesitate to use him again.

Wanted more memory a hdmi port and data from a really old desktop putting on a not as old desktop. I was recently scammed following a cold call and ended up paying for software that I could have had for free. When I realised the call was not legitimate I was concerned that they had remote access to my laptop and so called Dale.
